Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I choose the filtration degree for an irrigation filter?
- Match the filtration degree to the emitter: drip irrigation needs 120 mesh (~125 micron) or finer, micro-sprinklers typically 80–100 mesh. HJLYGL disc filters are available in 40–300 mesh to match your water quality and emitters.
- Manual or automatic backwash disc filter — which one should I choose?
- Choose a manual backwash disc filter for cleaner water and smaller systems. For high-silt or algae-laden sources, large farms or unattended operation, the HJLYGL H-type automatic backwash disc filter system is recommended, with differential-pressure and timed control modes.
- Which filter type fits my water source?
- For well water with high sand content, combine a hydrocyclone sand separator with a screen or disc filter. For surface water (reservoir, pond, river) rich in organic matter, use sand media or disc filters as the primary stage. We provide free selection proposals.
- Do you support OEM/ODM?
- Yes. With 14 years of export manufacturing experience, we offer OEM branding and ODM customization including logo, packaging, port sizes (1"–4") and filtration degrees.
- What is your MOQ and lead time?
- Sample orders are welcome. Common models are in stock and usually ship within 7–15 days, depending on order quantity and customization requirements.
- How long is the warranty?
- A 10-year warranty applies under normal operating conditions, with long-term technical support and spare parts (filter elements, seals) supply.
- Which countries do you export to?
- We export to Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Canada, the USA and more, with worldwide shipping and customs documents (CO, Form E, etc.).
- How can I get a quotation?
- Contact us via WhatsApp +86 156 9085 1323 or export@meijucs.com with your flow rate (m³/h), water source and pipe size; we reply with a quotation and selection proposal within 24 hours.
