Henan Haojun Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. (brand: HJLYGL AgriTech) is located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and is a source factory dedicated to the development and manufacture of water-saving irrigation filtration equipment, with more than 14 years of production and export experience in irrigation filtration.
Our core products are disc filters, screen filters, sand media filters, hydrocyclone desilters and jet agitators, which together form a complete irrigation filtration line covering water intake, primary sand removal, fine filtration and fertilizer control, in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic backwash configurations.
Main products include fully automatic backwash disc filtration systems, H-type disc filters, Y-type screen filters, manual and automatic sand media filters, hydrocyclone (desilting) filters, hydraulic control valves, air valves, venturi injectors, jet agitators, and matching PE pipes and fittings.
Filtration rating, housing material, connection size and control mode can all be selected to match project requirements. Common connections range from 1 inch to 4 inch and above, suitable for the hydraulic conditions of drip irrigation, micro-sprinkler, sprinkler irrigation and municipal landscaping.
Beyond standard models, we can build dedicated configurations from customer drawings, flow parameters and water quality reports, and assemble filters into complete filtration skids to reduce on-site assembly work.
The factory has in-house capability for mould development, injection moulding, filter element assembly and complete machine assembly. Producing key components ourselves helps control lead time and batch consistency, and also makes OEM/ODM customization to a customer's own brand straightforward.
Production follows an ISO9001 quality management system. Inspection points are set from incoming raw material, injection parameters and sealing performance through to full-machine pressure resistance and backwash function. Every unit is pressure-tested and function-checked before shipment to ensure stable operation in transit and on site.
Our products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions, with main markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and North America. Customers include irrigation equipment distributors, agricultural machinery and landscaping channel partners, engineering contractors, and brands working with us on OEM/ODM.
