We provided a 5,000-mu cotton field drip irrigation filtration system for a regiment farm of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, including multi-stage filtration equipment such as fully automatic backwash disc filters, centrifugal filters, and sand filters, to solve the problems of sand content in well water and emitter clogging.

## Project Background Xinjiang is China's largest cotton production base, and cotton cultivation is the pillar industry of local agriculture. A regiment farm of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps plants 5,000 mu of cotton, using groundwater drip irrigation. Due to the high sand content in local well water and the poor filtration effect of the original filtration equipment, the emitters of drip irrigation tapes were frequently clogged, resulting in poor irrigation uniformity and severely affected cotton yield. The leadership of the regiment farm decided to carry out a comprehensive upgrade and transformation of the irrigation filtration system. ## Solution Henan Haojun Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. designed a three-stage filtration system scheme based on the well water quality test report of the regiment farm and the cotton drip irrigation requirements: ### 1. First-stage filtration - Centrifugal filter - Equipped with 4 units of LZHS 4-inch plastic centrifugal filters - Efficiently separates sediment particles in well water, with a sand removal efficiency of 92%-98% - Consumable-free design, low operating cost ### 2. Second-stage filtration - Sand filter - Equipped with 2 sets of automatic backwash sand filters - Deep filtration with quartz sand, effectively removing fine suspended solids and organic matter in water - Automatic backwashing, no manual operation required ### 3. Third-stage filtration - Fully automatic backwash disc filter - Equipped with 1 set of LZHS H-type 4-inch 8-unit fully automatic backwash disc filtration system - The total system flow rate is 320 m³/h, meeting the simultaneous irrigation demand of 5,000 mu of cotton - Filtration precision is 120 mesh, ensuring no emitter clogging - Dual control of pressure difference + timing, fully automatic operation ### 4.
