Large-Scale Irrigation Filtration System Project for a Palm Oil Plantation in Indonesia

## Project Background
Indonesia is the world's largest palm oil producer, and palm cultivation is a key economic pillar of the country. The large palm oil plantation covered in this project is located on Sumatra Island, Indonesia, with a total planting area of 2000 hectares, and its main irrigation water source is drawn from a nearby river.
During the rainy season, the river carries extremely high sediment loads, which caused frequent clogging of the plantation's original simple filtration system. - Equipped with 3 units of LZHS 4-inch plastic centrifugal filters
- Uses centrifugal force to separate large-particle sediment from river water

### 2. Secondary Filtration - Fully Automatic Backwashing Disc Filtration System

- Flow rate of a single system reaches 240 m³/h
- Adopts dual control of pressure differential and timing, realizing automatic backwashing without manual operation

- Equipped with LZHS hydraulic control valves including solenoid on/off valves, pressure reducing valves, pressure sustaining valves and other components
- Paired with intelligent irrigation controllers to realize zoned, scheduled automatic irrigation
- Supports remote monitoring and mobile APP control

The project took only 45 days from contract signing to full delivery:
- Day 1-15: Equipment manufacturing and quality inspection
- Day 16-25: Ocean freight to Port of Jakarta, Indonesia
- Day 26-35: Customs clearance and inland transportation to the project site
